GR, GR/GI slip print not working when old sap user id migrated to new sap user id

Hello ,

Issue: GR print, GR/GI slip print issue is not working when old user id is migrated to new sap user id.

details:we recently migrated old sap iDs with new SAP ids last weekend.

once migartion was completed, still old user and new user id is existing in the system.

they were created with new user id of GR print, GR/GI slip yester day. unfortunately the  print indicator default is not selected automatically..

Please let me know the possible reasons?? how to correct the issue.

Is there any problem with both ids( old & new id) existing in the system??

if your condition records for message determination are made user specific, then you need to create new condition records for the new user IDs.

If the user ID is not part of the conditions then compare the user parameters of old and new user ID, at least the NDR user parameter with value X should be added to the new user profile

Thank you for your inputs.

What i observed that with old user id and new user id..

1.In new user id i maintianed NDR=X.    --> working fine

2.when user opened with old id and new id sap screens.. i chekced with our new userid, print default is not set.

ONLY, when logged of old userID and opened with new ID, print is workinf fine..

i will monitor few days with other user old/new ids.. ansd give my update to you..
