%LINK_APPROVE_REJECT% - Not Working

Hi All,

I have configured my MSMP workflows and all of them are working fine.

In the Email notifications I have provided the link %LINK_APPROVE_REJECT% for the approvers.

When the approvers click on this link, a new windows opens and it is taking very long time to open and finally getting a error message "AN ERROR OCCURED DURING PROCESSING"

Am I doing anything wrong?

Experts please advise.

Hi Padmavathi,

If you can see the URL of the snapshot which you've provided, it is adding % after ACCREQ in OBJECT_ID parameter.Check the URL once.That is the reason why you're getting blank screen with error.

Also check with the approvers that the browser zoom level should not be greater than 100%. (Right bottom corner). ARQ screen freezes if the browser zoom is greater than 100%.
