Parallel processing - different values bt SPBT_INITIALIZE FM and RZ12

Hi folks.

When developing a parallel processing call function in new task, I use this FM

SPBT_INITIALIZE to get the maximum allowed process configured in RZ12.

But when I see RZ12 and the SPBT_INITIALIZE result, are different values for process. Why ?

Where is configured the maximum allowed number of running process in SAP ? I thought it was RZ12 like I saw in a answered post here.
