Upgrade from Crystal Reports Server XI R2 to Crystal Reports Server 2013

My company is preparing to finally upgrade our Crystal Reports Server and the Server OS. We are currently on Windows Server 2003 R2 with Crystal Reports XI R2. Our new machine will be on Windows Server 2012 R2 and using Crystal Reports Server 2013.

We have a total of 113 recurring reports scheduled and 523 reports in the system. What would be the best pathway for completing this upgrade?

I am assuming these pathways might be potential for this:

Existing Machine

Upgrade Server OS

Upgrade Crystal Reports Server

New Machine

Install OS

Install new Crystal Reports Server

Manually publish all reports to server

Manually re-create all schedules on server

What we are hoping to find is some pathway that will allow us to avoid the manual steps.
