ARQ / ARM: BRF+ routing rule based on approve / reject button

Dear all.

Is it possible to create a BRF+ Rule (routing rule) based on if the user (the approver) has push the button Submit? And if the user has pushed the button Reject?

Regards and thank you.

I would have thought the whole idea of the "reject" button is to cancel/reject/close the request.

Exactly what are you trying to achieve from enabling such a customisation? If you would like to send a request for additional review elsewhere prior to rejection, I would utilise the provided functionality of Forwarding and Returning a request to a specific user or approval path/stage.

    Hi Sara

Somehow I doubt it unless the routing rule is evaluated?

You could see if a developer could put a break-point in the code to see what happens?

    Regards

      Thanks Collen.

Do you know if there is a variable/field (where the answer of the approver is storage) to check into Decision table?

      Regards.
