FSCM-CR Case types for Documented Credit Decision (FDCD, FDCA) missing.

Hi FSCM community

I am looking at the FSCM CR module and got some issues here and there.

Here's one of them.

Documentation for the SAP IMG node:

FSCM -> Credit Management -> Credit Risk Monitoring -> Documented Credit Decision -> Settings in the Case Management Component

'Case types

The following case types are contained in the standard system for SAP Credit Management: Credit Limit Request (F_CR), Doc. Credit Decision for Document (FDCD), Doc. Credit Decision for the Account (FDCA)'

1. Were you able to find the FDCD or FDCA case types in your systems?

Mine only has F_CR.

2. What are the:

- Processes

- RMS ID's

- Case record models

assigned to FDCD or FDCA?

3. Are they any different from the F_CR?

4. I understand they're required so that they may be assigned as Documented Credit decisions (under Define Case Types for Documented Credit Decision). What Case Types did you assign?

My SAP_APPL is 617, so it's rather up to date.

You can view through BC sets (T-code: SCPR3) BC Set ID - UKM_DCD_CUST.  This will provide you all configuration which you need to do for FDCD and FDCA.

I found the BC set, reviewing the content.

It seems like you saved my day

I don't see any other UKM* related BC sets except for the one you mentioned.

Do you know of any others?

That is the only latest BC set released by SAP so far for credit.

Hi Ankur

I activated UKM_DCD_CUST but in SCASE or UKM_CASE FDCD or FDCA are not appearing?

In customizing activity Registry There is no RMS ID in S_AREA_CMG RMS ID for FDCD or FDCA only UKM_CREDIT_CASE.

In customizing activity Profile of Case Search I have:

F_DCD SAP Credit Management UKM_S_DCD_CLIENT

Any clue?

Have you activated business functions?

FIN_FSCM_CCD_3

FIN_FSCM_CCD_2

FIN_FSCM_CCD

FIN_FSCM_CCD_INTEGRATION

FIN_FSCM_INTEGRATION.

Are you going to use WS-RM functionality or XI?

Hi Ankur,

Yes these business functions were already activated. I am using WS-RM.
