Time Evaluation: Function P2011 doesn't read Time Pairs Correctly

Hi, guys, please can anybody help how to solve this issue?

During the Time Evaluation, P2011 should import all the Time records from IT2011.

We have to execute the Time Evaluation twice on Effective mode, for P2011 execute correctly. According to the image below, the second execution performs correctly.

Following the steps with the Key User, we notice that:

- this issue occurs only at PTMW

- It occurs only when we delete 1 duplicated Time event record, according to the screenshot below.

Other question is checking the cluster B1, the table NT1 records more than one time the information of 08:22 when we delete the record, according to the screenshot below:

We didn't find any enhancement at PT_BLP_USER - Enhance Business Logic for Time Data.

I'm thinking about open a OSS note to SAP about it. Any suggestions?

Kindly regards!

    Hi Luciano

How did you solve this issue? How is function P2011 set in your schema- is there any value 'ALL' present as first parameter of function P2011 in your positive schema?

    Hi Luciano,

You shouldn't allow duplicate entries in IT2011. You need to maintain A05 and A06 in Table V_T705B for this purpose.

You can maintain 1 for A05 and 10 for A06 which means that if there are duplicate entries or correction entries within 10 seconds, only the 2nd one will be considered.

Please try this out and see if it helps.

    Thanks and regards,

    Vivek

Hi, Vivek, thanks for your reply!

Unfortunately we must have it enter duplicated.

Due legal requirements from Brazil, the information should be stored to infotype 2011, or TEVEN. All the information the PDC system send to us, we must import to SAP.

Do you have any other idea?

      Thanks!

      Regards,

    Hi,

    Here is your scenario

Deleted one duplicate entry from IT2011.

The record which you have deleted from IT2011 will be there in TEVEN and database tables always with "X" in the STOKZ field which means cancelled entries.

In order to delete the same entries from the TEVEN & Data base table , please use report RPTCCXDBDEL. Now you have compare the Number 188799 with PDSNR number from TEVEN table and delete the line item.

So now you know deleted entries from IT2011 or PTMW still exists in TEVEN & Database tables with an "X"

Hi, Mohan, there's no message error.

The issue, occurs according the screen shot below:

      1. There are 2 entries at infotype 2011 (the error occurs only with Interfaced Entries).

When we process Time Evaluation for the first time, the Function P2011 doesn't return the first Time Event:

I have to process Time Evaluation again, in order to have the first time event process at function P2011:

The user is reporting some absences that doesn't exists, due this issue.

Have you ever see this issue?

      Thanks,

      Regards,
