Decision codes in QIE configuration

Iam trying to set up decision codes in QIE configuration . The problem Iam having is that the system does not update the valuation in the Decision Code. I have attached the document with the screen prints. Kindly let me know if iam missing any important steps.

I was able to solve this. Please close this thread. There were some issues in my current system which were fixed.
