AI_CRM_ANALYZE_IBASE_SORTF error

HI,

In our solution manager 7.1 REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT getting failed due to report AI_CRM_ANALYZE_IBASE_SORTF.

If i excute report AI_CRM_ANALYZE_IBASE_SORTF i get below error:

The Ibase component 000000000000000953 has deviceid: PP1

Replace Sort string with (from SMSY):
space

PP1_NABP

The Ibase component 000000000000000959 has deviceid: PP1

The Ibase component 000000000000000961 has deviceid: PP1

The Ibase component 000000000000000963 has deviceid: PP1

The Ibase component 000000000000000965 has deviceid:PP1

The Ibase component 000000000000000030 has deviceid:PP1

I tried snote 1856234 - Missing sort string in Ibase text components but did not worked.

Please suggest how can i cirrect this error?

In case you get the error message "Replace Sort string with..." this shows that there are certain Ibase text components where more than one possible long SID was found. As a first step please generate all the systems with the System ID shown in the text "The Ibase component XXX has deviceid: SID 1234567890" related to the error messages. For this you need to execute the transaction IB_GEN and search for all the systems with the same SID and select them. In case you get the message "Report AI_CRM_ANALYZE_IBASE_SORTF was not
executed successfully. Generating IBase components might lead to duplicates. Do you really want to generate IBase components?" press yes to continue. After you select the systems from the popup press enter (continue) to generate all systems with the same SID. After you have done this please execute the AI_CRM_ANALYZE_IBASE_SORTF Report again. In the best case you do not get any error messages or the amount of error messages decreases. After that go back to the error messages of the log of report AI_CRM_ANALYZE_IBASE_SORTF. It will show all possible long SIDs that can be used as a value for the sort string of the component. You need to choose the correct one and update the Sort String field for the given component. You can do this starting transaction IB53 and entering the component number and then pressing enter. Go into change mode and enter the correct long SID value in the Sort string field and press save. When the related long SID has only 3 characters the sort string field has to be empty!
Only do this for the system and not for the components representing the clients!

as i replied earlier i am not able to execute tcode IB_GEN and  when i am executing it, it is giving me errror " Make sure to first successfully execute report:AI_CRM_ANALYZE_IBASE_SORTF" and throwing me out.

I as per your not  i am executing tcode IB_GEN and its giving error as:

Make sure to first successfully execute report:AI_CRM_ANALYZE_IBASE_SORTF and throwing me out.
