Not Able To Open Fiori Analytical Apps

Hi Everyone,

We used the EFE RDS to implement Fiori Wave 2 apps.

We can successfully log onto the Fiori Launchpad, and the tiles for all of our Fiori apps are displayed. Our transactional and factsheet apps are working. After clicking on a transactional or factsheet app, the app opens.

However, when I scroll down to the analytical Fiori apps they all have an icon of an eye crossed out (see screenshot below). When I try to click on any of our analytical Fiori apps to run them, nothing happens and the app doesn't open.

We are having this issue with all of the analytics apps on the launchpad, including: Cash Position, Liquidity Forecast, Valuated Stock Value, Range of Coverage, Inventory Turnover, and Contract Usage.

After checking the Netweaver Gateway Error Log, an error text stating "Resource PageChipInstance not found" comes up, and in dev tools we get the following error message in the console: Failed to load tile: Error in OData response for GET "/sap/hba/apps/kpi/s/odata/hana_chip_catalog.xsodata/Catalogs('HANA_CATALOG')?$expand=Chips": HTTP request failed - sap.ui2.srvc.ChipInstance({oChip:sap.ui2.srvc.Chip({sChipUrl:""}),bFullscreen:false}) sap.ushell.adapters.abap.LaunchPageAdapter

hi Gagan

interesting to meet you here:-)

The problem is caused by the Web Dispatcher rounting. The KPI tiles try to get access to HANA, but failed. If you log on to KPI modeler, then you will find the connection does not work.

Potential root reason could be that you changed the predelivered host name in SSL certificate. In this case, you need to export the certificate from ERP and import it to the web dispatcher.

Let us have a con-call on this. Contact me via mail.
