MRP-Vendor Monitoring Report

Hello,

There is a need of vendor monitoring report from my client.

Here is the detail of the report need:

Its a report ,that will be used by MRP controller and expidetators to track vendor for the critical items

These critical items are the one ,which are due for delivery and with stock quanity going negative ,so these expidetors followup with vendors to make sure the delivery happens on time ,before negative stock situations

Note:Expidators ,wont take receipts into account ,during this period calculation of negative stock

Let me know ,if there are any questions ?

thanks,

    Srinivas,

May we know what have you thought of doing for getting a report output like this?

    That can start the discussion.

We cannot provide specifications/ ready-made documents here, sorry! We can discuss and that discussion can lead you to a solution.

    Best Regards.

    • Rajen,

True, its a report to monitor vendor delivery based on exisiting stock situation

So basically ,first understanding existing schedule from vendor ,we can get the expected delivery date,

based on which we need to keep run date as reference ,and calculate next 5 daily available capacity and list the same ,by excluding any receipts in b/w.

I have given descrption of the requirement in my earlier comment, the reason for asking the same is to confirm if someone has already worked on such scenario ,and can guide the report map in right direction.

Please read my earlier post again and provide any valuable reply

      Regards,Srinivas
