Upload of Appraisal Template

Hi,

We are Implementing Performance Management for our Client and its first time im working on this.There is a requirement from client that each employee has Individual KPI's and they don't match to any other employee.They don't want to group the employees at all. So in this case i need thousands of Appraisal Templates to be created.Is such case feasible in system.

And can someone please help me as how templates are Uploaded.

Article is about documents uploading not templates. Template you can import/export with standard functionality.

Pls find the attached screen shot of my doubt.Here i want to upload Appraisal Template.But it is allowing only .XSC files to be uploaded.Can u pls let me know how to create them

They can be created only by downloading from existing template in SAP

Why do you need that? Template can be transferred in transport request.

Templates are created ONLY in PHAP_CATALOG or by uploading after downloading

Initial creating is in SAP.

You need not to create thousands of templates. You have to create ONE template with dynamic Fields.

Ok accordingly if i try to download the Template,it is in the format of .XSC which im not able to open at all. Pls find the Screen shot below.

You can Add(1), Delete(2) and Rename(3) objectives(KPI)! You have to proper configure your template!

Hi Yurii,

Now i am just a step ahead and understanding the process about Template and document.I am able to view the appraisal documents in portal.

My doubt is as per the above screen that u posted,i can add/delete the objectives accordingly.Is this the option available only when we select the column Objective settings . Bcz i could not find the options as u mentioned.

Yes, column OBJ0 and for element choose Fix or Free enhancement and define reference element

I have selected objectives as a column,but why is that Free Input greyd out for me.I am not able to check it.

In my system column OBJ0 has name Objective. On scrennshot - Objective Setting.

Is it OBJ0?
