    Hi Sundaresan,

    As per "Web Intelligence 4.1, what’s new?" access and export Document to [xls(x), pdf, xml] is possible.

    you can refer following link for more details.

    http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/a0298826-1ec5-3010-c892-9e92a4574404?overridelayout=t…

    and

    However in Web Intelligence Users Guide 4.1 (p 37) they haven't mentioned the XML format.

    Hi Sundaresan,

    I have tested issue on BI 4.1 SP03, We dont have direct option to save or export webi report to XML Format.

    However as a workaround you can follow the steps mentioned below;

    1. Open Webi Report > Click on Export Document and Select "Excel 2007".

    2. Open the Exported Excel Report.

    3. Go to File > Save As > Click on Save as Type.

    4. From List of Types you can select appropriate XML type.

    5. Click on Save.

    Hope this will help...!!

    Regards,

    Veer
