SAP Employee File Management

Hi Experts,

My client is using a standalone component of EMPLOYEE FILE MANAGEMENT which helps basically with the archiving and storing of documents using the OPEN TEXT software.

Now, the problem arises when a document is uploaded in the system. The document is successfully getting uploaded onto the system but when I want to view it an error message shows up saying "THIS PROGRAM CANNOT DISPLAY THE WEBPAGE" the screenshot of which has been attached.

Request you to kindly help me in resolving this.

it's a basis issue I think. Maybe the ICM is not configured? Does the client use webdynpro's?

Ask if the web application server is working
