Account Hierarchy "Copy To" function is not working in sap crm web ui

Dear All,

When ever user navigate into account hierarchy, after selecting the second node, when every they click on "Copy To" under more, after selecting Target Hierarchy , the system taking to below exception.

Define NavigationalLink to_hierarchy_copy for source view BP_HIER/EOVPHierarchyTreeV in component BP_HIER.

Exception Class: CX_BSP_WD_INCORRECT_IMPLEMENT

Pls advise.

Hi Vishnu,

You can use the standard report BSP_WD_RT_REP_COMPARE in transaction SE38 to compare your enhancement with the standard to see what needs to be fixed. This report will generate two panes. The standard on the left and your enhancement on the right. Here you will be able to see all the changes that need to be made to your enhanced respository to resolve the exception being faced. The report highlights the different areas also for your convenience. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the above suggestions, I was able to fix the issue, after running standard report by doing comparison. But I'm getting the different error now when ever I tried to Click on "Save & Back " or "Cancel" . after copying the hierarchy.

Pls suggest further.

Hi Vishnu,

This issue regarding the assignment block and navigation target would be related to your configuration of the view also. Have you used the previously mentioned report for the component BP_HIER to check for changes that need to be made?

Hi Vishnu,

If you had enhanced the standard views, do check if the navigation links are defined correctly as mentioned by comparing the standard ones. This will help you in resolving the problem.
