UWL Issue

Hi ,

I have created  an UWL for purchase order for SRM backend system. Under "Tasks " tab of the UWL I have the following three tasks to be shwon.

1)New and inProgress tasks.

2)forwarded tasks

3)Resubmitted and completed tasks.

For "new and in progress task, ", I am not able to fetch the tasks where as for other two tasks, the page is correctly displaying the lists of tasks.

System configuration is done properly . SRM roles have been assigned to the users in backend. We do have new and in progress tasks in backend.

Can anyone suggest me what can be the possible reason of this issues.

Hi Prabha,

If tasks are not being pulled into the UWL, it is always due to the WebFlowConnector configuration.

You will need to check the latest default trace file for UWL connection errors. A possible reason is you have not maintained a RFC destination for the connector. See Note: 1133821 - 'UWL Destination Service configuration'.

Can you check this and for errors in the trace and report back.

Hi Prabha,

Is your issue resolved. I also had the same issue earlier and as Carl has rightly pointed out I had not created the RFC destination for the connector with the system alias that was being used in UWL <SYSTEM ALIAS>$<UWL CONNECTOR TYPE>

So, please maintain the RFC destination if it is not already created, test the RFC connection and then re-register the connector in UWL and let us know the results.
