shipment freight cost pickup from condition records TK11

Dear All,

At the time of shipment freight cost (VI01) rate pickup from condition records TK11 based on INCO Term1 field.

for the above requirement, i have created new condition type & that condition assign to pricing procedure.

and also assign Access sequense to conditon type.

We have maintained rates using TK11 t code. When we maintain above this criteria, that time rate not getting appearing at the time of shipment cost (VI01)

Please help.

Hello,

did you try to check Pricing log?

Steps are the following

- Open Freight Cost Item details

- Select Sub-item on Delivery Item/Shipment Cost Item tab and hit on Conditionen sub-items

- Hit on Analysis button

- Select condition type in the left side and check details on the right

That should help to understand why it is not coming

Access not made (initialized field)

I think, field INCO Terms not populated. Can you help me on this matter.

is Incoterms populated in deliveries assigned to shipment?

Yes. It is available in delivery and that's why we made this type of access.

please check Incoterms value in delivery (LIKP-INCO1) assigned to Shipment doc. Does it match to the condition value maintained?

It is resolved now. I have changed Calc. base to Deliver Item
