Alternating Paper Trays When Printing in Crystal 9.1

Hello all. I have a question about printing.

Our company has an application that prints requisitions and the labels that go with them using Crystal Reports 9.1. When someone prints multiple copies, the printer prints a requisition, then the label, then another copy of the requisition, then another copy of the label, etc. If another user prints another requisition set at the same time, the two jobs don't get mixed together - the first requisition set finishes printing, then the new one starts. This is exactly what we want, but we don't know how it was done.

When looking at the printer queue, it looks like each page is being treated as an individual print job. Is this something that could be controlled by a Crystal Reports template? Our developers can't find anything in the source code that controls the printing, but it is executing a database stored procedure that finds a Crystal Reports Template File Name.

Unfortunately the original developers who created this are long gone and the documentation is basically nonexistent. Any help will be much appreciated!
