MESSAGE ERROR: "UNEXPECTED ERROR DURING BACKEND PROCESSING"

Hello Guys!

I would like to know if anybody can help me with this issue:

I´m implementing the CRM Cloud For Customers and during the first implementation, after I had defined the project scope, I started the "Define Administrators for Project Team" steps.

I Logged in to the system with the "technical user/initial user" and after that I had created the service agent user with sucess. Then the system created a business user automatically.

When I tried to  assigned the "business roles admin" to this business user the system showed a message error: UNEXPECTED ERROR DURING BACKEND PROCESSING.

The problem is that in the "Business Role Assignment" process the system is not showing the roles to be assigned

Does anybody figured out why this problem is happening?

Thank very much for your help and support.

Sincerely

Abilon Neves

Hi,

I think you have to set-up roles first, which probably cannot be done with the initial user.  Did you try editing the access rights for the service agent and click on the Work Center tab to assign work centers directly?  I suspect that once you do this, you will see that the work centers are all greyed out and you cannot select them.  This is a known issue that we expect a hotfix for in mid-August.  In the meantime, you should log an incident and ask that SAP Support make the service agent user (give them the user ID) a key user who can assign work centers.  They are doing this via the backend as a workaround, and then you'll be able to login as the service agent and make further access rights changes as needed.

Hi Angela,

Thank you very much for your support.

Yes, I have tried to edit the access rights for the service agent, but when clicked on the button Edit Access Rights the system shows a message error: "Unexpected Error During Backend Processing".

After I closed the message error, the system drives me directly to Edit Access Rights Screen, but no Business Roles are available neither Workcenter and Views.

It's best if you log an incident.
