Field P0003-TRVFL trips assigned not set in IT0017

Dear SCN-Members,

in IT0017 field "trips assigned" (p0003-trvfl) should be set automatically when employee has trips. I have one employee, where this field is not set although he has trips and I do not have any idea why.

I have other employees with same settings like, employee group, employee subgroup, payroll area etc. where the field is set correctly.

How can I find out, why this field is not set in this single case?

I would appreciate to have this field set because reports use search helps "T", corresponding to this field. It would also be okay for me, if it was possible to set the field manually!

Thanks for your help!

Best regards

Raphael

    Hi Raphael,

I think this is a case of 'Earliest personal retroactive accounting date' (field found in infotype 0003 - Display payroll status) preceding the first start date in infotype 0000 (Actions - employment). If this is the case, then you may need to ask the HCM functional consultant to set the Earliest personal RA date on or after the first (first record) start date of employment for the affected SAP personnel number. Once this is done, the issue must resolve.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

      Dear Sudhakar,

      thanks for this correct answer!

I just had an entry in field "Earliest master data change" and none in "earliest personal retroactive acoounting date". When adding an entry in the "earliest personal retroactive acoounting date" nothing changed, but when I deleted both it worked!!!

Thank you very much and best regards

      Raphael
