Publication schedule fails

Hi,

I am facing a issue while scheduling publications in BO XI3.1 SP6 FP6.2,

Publication uses webi reports.

Error Message: [0 recipients processed]

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi Manoj,

There can be many reasons ,

1.User/Report/folder may not have the access rights to deliver the output to end users.

You may need to assign add objects access right.

Hi Pandey and Sathish,

Thank you for immediate reply.

I could tried the steps from SAP note: 1726111

Cleared the webi processing server cache and restarted the services. Publication works fine.

However issue replicates back after 3 or 4 days.

Please suggest if we need to configure any metrics at server level or is there any other reasons on replication of issue again and again.
