ITS custom Theme not working after upgrade EHP7

Dear Experts,

We previously created changed the standard theme SL and changed the html templates GENERATOR and GUI_CUA and we also added mime objects for logos and header. It was working fine untill upgrade but after upgrade it is not bringing hte custom theme, instead it is bringing the standard theme.

My page was like below before upgrade:

Now the page looks like below after upgrade:

Below are the parameters maintained in SICF for service:

I am new to ITS and I am unsure on what to do. could someone help me resolve this issue.

After the upgrade of our systems, the ITS server was not recognizing a few of the things like styling and the linking. So we just published the following core services again:

ITSMOBILE

SYSTEM

ITSGENMOBILE

ITSGENMOBILE4

ITSGENMOBILEXV

and everything fell into place.

If everything else looks fine and is in place, you may try the above.

Does this 'Internet Service':  zva01i have it's own templates, MIME's and CSS files in SE80?

Hi Oisin,

Sorry for late reply.

The internet service does have MIME's for images, but CSS files we edited hte standard one which were available in SE80.

You are not supposed to change SAP objects, see transaction SPAU. You should see all the objects you have changed which are reset by the upgrade. The only supported way is to use the UI Theme Designer to create a custom theme and use that in all your applications, including ITS.
