Dear Gurus,

I m getting the above error when I m trying to maintain planned value in tcode KP06 for Planner profile "SAPALL" for Version 1.

Please help.

Cause and prerequisites

The problems occur in a client other than 000. The SAP standard planning layouts are only delivered in client 000 and have to be imported into the relevant client.
Many errors occur due to a different master and logon language.

Solution

Import the SAP standard planning layouts - in particular after every release upgrade - using Transaction OKBF from client 000 to the respective client you use.
To carry out the import, go to the Implementation Guide and choose "Controlling -> General Controlling -> Production Start-Up Preparation -> Transport System Settings --> Transport Settings for Planning --> Import Standard Planning Layout".
If there are still old standard planning layouts (starting with "SAP"), delete them.

If the planning layouts still contain errors after the import, check the standard planning layouts in client 000:
Example: Check layout 1-101 for cost planning cost centers:
Call up Transaction KP67: Layout 1-101 --> Basic screen --> Planning layout --> Check.
