Cloud Connector in HCP shows "Not connected"

Hi

we have a Web IDE on HCP and are trying to configure the Hana Cloud Connector - but it's showing as disconnected.

We've add the Account details into the HCC on our on premise system and i can see the connector, however it is showing as disconnected.

Is there something else that needs to be done to activate the connection?

when i try and create an App from the SAPUI5 ABAP repository, the connection is not there.

My connection in destination works...

Have i missed a step?
