Access Folder: MM folder in EXECUTE/CREATE mode (this folder executing & Creating report)

Group Brown:

Access Folder: SD in EXECUTE/CREATE mode

Access Folder: MM l in EXECUTE/CREATE mode

Access Folder: PM in EXECUTE mode only

please suggest how to restrict the folder . the Hierarchy like

    Hi,

    this can surely be achieved.

I would recommend you check the SAP BI Admin Guide and get familiar with the permissions and how to assign, administrate permissions.

    Regards

    -Seb.

    1) NO access to everyone (on folders and APPS)

    2) RED = View on SD Folder --- View on APPS

    3) BLUE = View on SD Folder

Full Control on MM Folder --- Full control on APPS

    4) Brown Full control on SD and MM Folders

View On PM Folder --- Full Control on APPS

Note: APPS should be, crystal reports, webi, and all apps used

note 2: They can save to any folder that they seen but the system will not allow them
