FBL1N decimal point jumping

Dear Sir,

i have major problem when i export many report in MHTML format then if USD amount in the report like 123.4567 USD & when we export in MHTML then its showing 12345.67 USD other side when we export in excel 2003 then its come ok.

So can u guide me why when we export in MHTML decimal point is jumping because this is standard report.

Hi Ashutosh

Some currencies are maintained with 3 or more decimal places (OY04). So when you post a document with value (For Ex) BHD 1234.567, they actually get stored on table as 12345.67. Please see the screen below;

If you got to use these documents in some reports or download them, basically you are downloading the data from table. So ideally you need to pass these documents numbers via a standard 'Function Module' mentioned below;

  • CURRENCY_AMOUNT_DISPLAY_TO_SAP
  • CURRENCY_AMOUNT_SAP_TO_DISPLAY
