Addition of two fields in a fixed asset

Hi experts,

I am new to Asset accounting. I need to add two custom fields in fixed Asset with certain business side requirement logic. These custom fields should reflect even in standard asset related reports like asset balance report.

Now my question is, is there any BADI or user exit for the above requirement?

Since I need to add logic in this custom fields like user id character length restrictions and other logic.

Let me explain a little bit.

There is a fixed asset (Laptop) which is used first by a user for few years, later after 1 years this laptop is supposed to be used by new user. So the last used custom field should fill the user id of old user (greyed out mode) and current used custom field should be user id of existing user (always editable mode and restricted to editing by only few business side users)

Finally these custom field changes should reflect in standard asset related reports mainly in asset balance report and asset history report.

Please provide your suggestions.
