potential data not displaying in talent profile.

Hi Experts,

We are using performance module to capture performance and potential data. There is a single template used for capturing both the parameters in PMS.

Now we need to display this potential and performance data in Talent Profile of the employee.

When we create the potential form through Talent Management , system displays the potential data in talent profile but we are not able to display the potential and performance data when it is captured through PMS module.

Could you please advise what can be the cause of this issue?

as I understand you crated a custom phap form for potential and performnace. This data is normaly stored in phap tables not in infotypes ( like 7408 for potential ). You have to use Follow UP BadI HRHAP00_FOLLOW_UP in your pahp form to store data from form to Infotype. As an example have a look on the BadI implementations: HRTMC_FOLLOW_UP_POT. (This is used by the potential assessment in SAP standard) .

So please make sure that data is available in IT 7408.

    best regards
