SSO between SAP TM and SAP ERP

Hi Experts,

I do not work the single sign on between SAP TM  and SAP ERP, I have in the two machines the parameters:

1. login/create_sso2_ticket" = “2"
2. "login/accept_sso2_ticket" = "1"

I have also exchanged certificates, but still does not work, and keep asking the user.

Any Idea??
