Toolbar icons on crystal report viewer not working

Hi, Crystal Reports toolbar buttons are not working on Server. On development machine its working fine. But after deployment on Server toolbar buttons (print, export, paging, zoom) are not working. Prompting for parameter window. CR Ver: 13 VS: 2010 OS: Win 2008 IIS: 7.5

What is the service pack level on CR for VS 2010?

What version of browser are you using?

did you test the issue with a different browser?

The service pack is 5.

We are using IE 8. We only have requirement for IE browser. No other browser.

Hi Pooja,

I noticed in other thread Don has suggested upgrading. I concur.

Please upgrade the CR for VS to SP10 and test the issue.
