Assignment details in RRI

Hi all,

Greetings!

i created RRI, jump target is Bex query. I assigned for one infoobject,selection conditions as well. after i saved that i ran that query and i selected that particular infoobject it is jumping to the particular query. My problem is even i selected another characteristic also it is jumping to the target query.Any one please guide me where i did mistake. And in the Assignment settings tab there is a check box for Required entry. what is the purpose of this checkbox?

in the assignment details box you can specify the values it should take with.

Eg. Reciever query has 0ORGUNIT with a filter on 100, if you then jump to the target it will take the "100" value with to the target. In the assignment box you can tell it to not take the value, take a constant,...

that's what it's for
