What exactly do you want to extract?
Most commonly, standard bw extractors from BC are used (2_LIS_02_* for Purchasing and 2_LIS_03_* for Stocks). To customize them in R/3, you should activate them from BC (RSA5), and then customize them in SBIW (Business Information Warehouse->Settings for Application-Specific DataSources->Logistics->Managing Extract Structures->Logistics Extract Structures Customizing Cockpit (LBWE trans))
