Installation of BOBJ 4.1 SP4 Dashboard Installation

Hi Experts,

I am trying to install BOBJ4.1 SP4 on my PC which is on Windows 7 SP1 64 bit OS and having Flash player installed with latest version 14.x.

When I tried to install Dashboard, it was giving Flash Player prerequisites not detected. I uninstalled and installed Flash player again, still the same problem it shows below screenshot.

Any clue what might be the cause.

Hi Suresh,

Check the below link:

Try to install the flash through IE not through chrome, also make sure that you don't go with flash 14 version, use 13.

Hi Suresh,

Adobe Flash player 14 is having issues with Dashboard designer.

As a workaround install Flash player 13.

Also to uninistall flash player14, use flash uninstaller which is provided by Adobe.
