Inbox Workflow does not working for 1 day


Hi experts, we have configure inbox workflow for quite a long time and it's working fine. Yesterday we faced a problem, the document does not go into inbox from OAWD. However, we found that the document is exist in OAAD. Today, the workflow is working back to normal. Why does this happen? How we can start the workflow for yesterday's document so that we dont have to scan the document again.

    Hi Nanie,

    What is the error message you observe yesterday ?

    Was the Archive server running yesterday ?

      Hi Deepak,

      The Archive server is running as usual. But the ECC was a bit slow than usual. No error msg. I solve the problem by forwarding the message through T-Code SWIA and the workflow is working fine. It just that i need to complete the workflow manually in T-Code SWIA after posting. How can i automatically complete the workflow?
