In negative time management is it mandatory to run the time evaluation ??? if NO please share me the reason as per my understanding if we dont run the time evaluation it will not be intergrated in payroll rit so pls any my query??......

We use -ve time evaluation to record deviations such as overtime, absences etc.,
It depends on your requirement whether you want to run time evaluation or not.
As per my understanding, for ex., if you don't run the time evaluation absence quota updating and quota accrual cannot be happen if you book some absence.

Whether you need to run time evaluation in negative time management or not, the decision depends on your solution.
You generally use time evaluation in negative time management for achieving various scenarios through PCRs and time types like quota generation, overtime wage types etc.
Time evaluation gives you more flexibility to achieve different business requirements. If your requirements can be achieved without time evaluation, then you don't need to run it.

1st of what does it mean about -ve Time management?
It's not taking actual working time and payroll integration is not happening. Only employee absence related information is being updated which effects in payroll directly.
But if you want to run the time evaluation for negative time management only when requirement will besuch kind of like Suppose on the 1st day of the calender year employee's excess amount quota would be move to another quota type and which will not be cashable and have to used with in next 3months.
On that time you can use the Time Evaluation.
