When trying to generate the BIAR file, getting attached error
"Error logging on to server. Check logon information and try again (IWZ 0001) failed to create JVM,
tried to Google it and found it that it could be relate to registry setting for import wizard.
Following is my computer registry setting
MaxMemMB = 512
MinemMB = 64
I trued with increase size from 512 to 1024 but still same error.
I tried my logon on different machine and successfully created the BIAR file, so looks like my machine issue but need help how to resolve this.
The BIAR file size is around 3 MB.
Thanks,
Syed
What are the settings in other machine? Are they same? or different?
One of KB article talks about reducing the MaxMemMB to 128
Try that.

After reducing the MaxSize to 128 MB, I able to create BIAR file.
Thanks Jawahar Konduru and Chinmaya Pooopal for your suggestions.

Hi Syed,
Please check KB 1394965 - Error: Impossible to open BIAR file. Reason: failed to create JVM in Import Wizard You need to reduce the 512 MB to 128 MB. Looks like you dont have sufficient RAM on your system. Plus a 3 MB file wont need 512 MB max memory.
If you still face the issue, please refer KB 1202914 and upload the trace files.
Regards
Chinmaya

It could be a connectivity issue.
Edit the host files on both Source and Destination systems and add entries.
