Call a pop-up screen

Hi Everyone,

I had gone through couple of threads and couldn't find any solution for my issue.

My issue is:

I will have to insert a screen consisting of POSNR and ORFMNG fields between VA01 initial screen ( where we enter order type, sales org, division and dist. channel ) and the second screen ( where we enter sold to and ship to parties and other details for sales order ) and when pressed SUBMIT, the item details should be updated in the second screen.

I tried calling the screen in the user exit USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFICATION in the include MV45AFZZ using a perform statement, which in turn gave me a short dump.

Please suggest.

Thanks,

Kumudwini.

    Hi Kumudwini,

By introducing the VA01 item, some events are executed. Automate complicated.

I suggest you generate a custom program to display the popup and then enter via the batch-input recording VA01 leaving the user to complete the order.

    I hope you help.

    Hi Kumudwini,

You can create a dialog module in SE35 with the appropriate fields necessary for your requirement and call that in the Sales order user exit.

You can use CALL DIALOG statement in your program.

Make sure that call that in the dialog mode and not do the processing in the background mode.

    Regards,

    Abhi

    Hi ,

Have you checked weather the screen 4000 exit in your system.if yes it might not not be in active mode.

if still you are facing same dump then try the below user exit.

Use this user exit V45A0003 (Collector for customer function modulpool) and call the customized screen in EXIT_SAPMV45A_004.

    It may help.
