System preparation - cannot go to EDIT MODE

Hi Experts,

I just install SOLMAN 7.1 SPS 11.

I want to configure System preparation but the system is keep loading until no end when click on "EDIT".

Please advise if you have any idea.

I have ran SGEN. also the also memory looks normal.

Able to access to http://localhost:50000 without performance issue.

Default Java memory are

-Xms2048M 

-XX:MaxNewSize=600M 

-XX:NewSize=600M 

-XX:MaxPermSize=512M 

-XX:PermSize=512M 

-Xss2M

max heap size is 2048

Hi Soon,

Kindly share Adobe Flash player version on the OS and if possible try to upgrade it up to the latest available.Secondly follow SAP Note 1547441 - Flash roadmap for Solution Manager Setup

Use the URL parameter "sap-accessibility". The standard URL for calling Solution Manager Setup (with new roadmap) looks like this (the part "myhost.mycom.corp:50055" of the URL is installation dependent and differs on your system):
http://myhost.mycom.corp:50055/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/wd_sise_main_app?sap-language=EN
To use the old roadmap add to the URL displayed in address bar of your browser the parameter "sap-accessibility" with value "X":
http://myhost.mycom.corp:50055/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/wd_sise_main_app?sap-language=EN&sap-accessibili...
Hint: you can add this URL to your browser favorites and use this link to call Solution Manager Setup directly instead of using transaction SOLMAN_SETUP.

Please perform the above recommendations as per the mentioned SAP note.Hope this will solve your issue.

i use TCODE SOLMAN_WORKCENTER. and when i click "EDIT" then start loading until no end.

Mean system can not go into edit mode.

Also activate if required from SICF.

but the result is still the same.

I have confirmed i have activated required SICF.

Can't think of any reason can cause this.

If is slow still ok. but is loading until no end.
