Issue with 'Insert Image' button while creating document in SCN

Hi All,

I have an issue uploading images while creating a document in SCN.

I was able to use the 'Insert Image' button but all of a sudden it is Greyed out.

Please let me know if this is a known issue & a solution has been provided or if there is any size limit for a Document on SCN.

I had tried everything mentioned in other posts - Cleared cache n Browsing history but no change .

How many images you have already uploaded ?

Limit 20 images.

try with different browser like Mozilla or chrome.

Nope ..nt working on Mozilla

n dnt have Chrome installed.

Anyways if there is a limit then i better make do with Attachments.

Please let me know if you have any other work arounds.

Can you able to see the option is fine in other reply option ?

The issue is only with the document.

The button works just fine with reply option or with creating a new discussion.

Okay. You said you have already uploaded 34 images. So I assume you have written a large document.

And you want to upload more images.

I can give you an option.

You can divide your document as two part and mentioned the part as part 1 and part 2.

And put a link of these document to each other.

I did the same for my document. You can check it.
