Extension fields are not visible in the UI after Deploying the solution.!

Hi Experts,

We have added few extension fields in the customer and Partner extension.! We deployed the solution into both Quality tenant and Production tenant.

We have added these fields to the UI using UI Switch.

When we check these fields in the Quality and Production tenant UI , these fields are not visible on the UI as well as penalization.

I have already assigned the UI switch to the user with which i am testing .

I checked the custom fields on the UI designer screen of the Account QC, the custom fields are visible on the UI designer but on the Front end UI when i logged in with the business user.

I wondering did i missed anything , this is happend only for customer and Partner BO's !! for all other BO extension fields are visible on the UI.

    Are you using a business user or a developer?

    • Hello Mani,

      We had nearly an escalation in the last days because of such an issue and the reason finally was: They were testing with a PDI Deveoper user.

      This does not make sense!!!!

      Please ensure always that your test users have NO developer rights. 😊
