Maintenance plan creation

Hi All,

We have created maintenance items using transaction code IP04. Now with reference to this we want to create the new maintenance plan.

When we go to transaction code IP01, it asks us to maintain all the details like equipment, order type, planning plant, task list etc. We do not want to give them again as we already have the maintenance items created.

Kindly let us know how can we create the new maintenance plans by assigning the maintenance items directly.

Assign the Maintenance items through this icon.

n the selection screen, click on multiple selection button  and there give the list of items.

In the selection screen, click on multiple selection button of Maintenance Item field and there give the list of items.

Select multiple lines in the output, and click on Green Tick. Your items are assigned to Plan.
