Remove stock from scheduled for delivery

Hello Evreryone,

I have this situation where the user has done the shipment before PGI and the shipment and SCD was created on 20.12.2012.

Now the user finds that 2 Cases of material is still lying in Schedule for delivery and MD04 and the delivery is the same which was created on 20.12.2012.

The item category ZTAN was determined where "relevant for Picking" was ticked earlier and removed later on,but the overall pick

status is showing as A whereas it should be blank.

The pick quantity field is greyed out and the user want's to remove the stock from scheduled for delivery column without PGI.

Is it possible if so how?.

with changing of the customizing (removing picking relevancy) despite of having open deliveries an inconsistency got created, even a deadlock since you cannot access the necessary fields to correct the situation.

You need to find a silent time with nobody working on deliveries, activate the picking relevancy again, fixing the delivery and then removing the picking relevancy again.

Hi Jurgen,

I have tried that but the item category is still greyed out and the overall picking status is still showing as A-relevant for picking even though the relevant for picking checkbox has been unticked from delivery item category.

Hence is there any other way by which this problem can be solved OR is there any program through which the item category can be re-determined in the delivery.

try report RVDELSTA which is supposed to re-determine the status in a delivery. If the status can be corrected but MD04 still shows the delivery then use report SDRQCR21

Hi Saurav,

Please delete the line items from the delivery, if the PGI is not happned.

If the Plant is WH managed, then check whether TO has been created or not, If TO is created and

confirmed, then use LT0G to unpick the qty.

Hi Ravindran,

The system is not allowing me to do so because The delivery has already been assigned to the shipment against which the SCD has been created.

Any other solution like removing the stock by transfer posting or goods issue other than 601 movement type.

The main purpose is to remove the stock from Scheduled for Delivery
