Member selection filter based on property id with name

Hello,

In the EPM member selector you can select members based on their property values. However, in the BPC NW version, where a property can be given a more user friendly name different from the id, the filter displays only the property names, not the id's as in attached image. Could any one please give solution for this.

Hello Vadim,

I am looking for both ID and name should be used in filter selection not only name of property. I have defined dimension property in administration.

Unfortunately it's by design!

But you can define property name same as ID Actually property name is not very useful...

Hi Deepak,

Not clear, can you explain what do you mean by "friendly name"?

If you are talking about property name - you have to define it in the dimension administration and it can be different from ID (some user friendly text). In this filter selection the name is used, not the ID.
