Hi experts,

I'm using SSM 10.0 SP7 and I have a user which can see all measures sets on Entry and Approval under "My measures sets" but he's not responsible for none of these measures sets.

Did anyone encountered similar issue.

I would appreciate your help.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Marcus

If you want to hide the view of All measure sets you can do this with the check box in the Entry and Approval tab of the Admin interface.

Once you have done this they should only be able to see the measure sets in which they are involved.

Just realised that you are talking about SSM 10.1 SP7. This is a very old version now and I'd strongly recommend upgrading to at least the most recent SP of 10.0 or even better to the latest SP of 10.1. You'll find many real bonus features that have appeared by the time you get to 10.1 SP 14 across the whole range of the product! I am pretty sure this check box wasn't available back in 10.0 SP07 so it would be normal for users to be able to see not only the table of their measure sets but also the All measure sets table.

Hello Colin

Yes, this check box isn't available on 10.0, but the problem isn't the All Measure sets table. It's My Measure sets table which is displaying measure sets for a user that is not responsible for any of the measure sets

Hello Marcus,

I am not able to recreate the behavior you are describing.

Are there any differences in the roles assigned to this user compared to a user that does not see all metric sets listed under My Metric Sets?

What happens if the affected user clears their browser cache ensuring that the option Preserve favorites website data is not selected?

Has this user been assigned as a temporary or permanent owner of the Approval or Data Entry steps in Administrator > Administration > Update User Responsibilities? If so what happens if you run the Reassign owner task in Administrator?

Graham

Hello Graham

This user doesn't have any roles assigned, he doesn't have group strategy assigned either.

He hasn't been assigned as a temporary or permanent owner either, he doesn't even appear for selection. Actually he is not a SSM user.

I'll try to clear the browser cache from the user affected

Regards

Marcus
