SAP note or Latest patch for validation of Form 24Q

Please find the enclosed screenshot of challan mapping, when we put the details in second part (enter challna details) previous months details are display  automatic. This is the sap normal behaviour or we are doing somthing wrong.

Dear Rakesh,

This should not happen unless you saved the entries . However you can remove those entries in current quarter and fill up with fresh entries and proceed further. Complete the challan mapping .

Then proceed for F24Q generation. In case getting stuck at any point , please let me know with screen shot.

Client is using the following sp level

Component	Release	sp- Level	Support package
SAP_HR	604	64	SAPKE60464

if there is need to upgrade, kindly suggest the letest sp level for file validate with income tax.

No upgradation required, it should work with mentioned patch level.

Dear Nayak,

Process:- After challan mapping of three months (April, May & June 14), then download the the file through e-file.

This file validate with income tax file, then submitted on income tax web site through third party.

We would like to generate the file through sap for uploading purpose in income tax site.

Please know the process how to generate file for upload.

My client do't wants to generate the form 16.

Dear Rakesh,

After challan mapping completed, when you go for Form 24 Q e-File generation, using T-Code

PC00_M40_24Q, are you getting screen like below-

In this ,there's an option to download e-File and Print Form 27 A.

For me both are working.For more clarity, you may give your screen shot here.

Dear Rakesh,

Please check below links for more information. But now-a-days we are no longer using the same  as Form 16 Part A comes from Trace site not from SAP. Only Part B comes from SAP.

Hope senior experts, may suggest on this.

However , if you need more detailed documentation , Please share your mail id. Unable to attach  .Doc file in this thread.
