CDB has data but the device isn't getting none on Sync

Hellow Experts,

This is a continuation of other post of mine.

And the problem is, I had data on SUP for a schedule mbo but the findAll wasn't retrieving data.

So after scheduling fails I changed the MBO cache policy to OnDemand 20 minutes. and the sup behavior was normal.

after deployment the table is empty, after the device syncs the table is full.

Then I do a findAll(), and I Get Zero items, this is very strange and makes no sense to me.

But yesterday I had an Idea. What if when data syncs I had an error on that MBO? but no error was found.

I also used the DB.getlogger() to see something more (a warning possibly) but zero errors/warnings.

Sup Server and mobilink log are clean and I would like to try see the Device Database but I don't know how to do this.

Do you guys know how to get device database?

Does anyone here has a approach to deal with this problem?

This is been very challenging but also senseless

Thanks in Advance

      Hellow Midhun,

I'm Bringing Big new, Finally I get data back.

I had a Synchronization parameter UserId which as a certain number.

and the data associated to that user was removed, this happend after i made refresh cache on SCC regarding the schedule theme, I think.

I check the data change for other user and then My data came back.

      Thanks for your efforts 😊

one thing you have to remember, whenever you make any change to MBO level, dont forget to (re)deploy mbo to sup/smp server.

Just check if you get any data at sup CDB level

How to access SUP CDB (Cache Database) ?

      Hellow Jitendra,

The Read Device DB is very good!

      However I'm getting:

"Could not connect to the database.

Data source name not found and no default driver specified."

as 2 of the commeters had I'm trying to get this fix.

Have you find a solution for that problem?
