E-recruitment - EEO questionair report

Hi All,

We are facing an issue. We would like to have a report, "Questions which are in questionair and answered by candidated needs to be fulled in the report. Is this possible.

Do we have any such standard report. We are able to execute one standard report EEO Data (2-Question Format)  but we are meeting our requirement.

Is this possible custome report(Bespoke). if yes, could you please advice how etc.

Hi Nicole,

Yes, I had checked but this will not help to full questions and answers.

I have found T-code PHAP_CATALOG, where we can see questions. but we need answers also.

Could you please share your thoughts please.

Report Report: EEO Data (2-Question Format) - Reports - SAP Library shows the answers too.

Hi Nicole,

Thanks for your advice.

I have try to run the report but no luck. Even EEO questionaire was completed by the External applicate.

I noticed this note 1486514 was not available. Could you please advice.

If possible could you please share some screen shots please.

I am not quite sure of your problem. Do you mean the answers are already missing in the DB tables?

Hi Nicole,

When candidate complete the EEO questionaire, Now I would like to generate the report but when I generate report EEO data(2-question format) nothing is displayed. Once candidate completed the EEO question,

I had check in t-code PHAP_CATALOG and I could see the questions and answers but not through report.

Even when I could see question id in HRP5141.

Could you please advice.
