Process chain kickoff every 2 hours.

Hi mates,

We have process chain , it will kickoff every 2 hours on weekdays[,now client want to change to daily once . I am unable to find how this PC kickoff every 2 hours .

I am sure this PC direct scheduling , I have selected  change selections , I can see period job is ticked , also I can see scheduled start date and time ,and period  values " daily".

Still I am not clear How this process chain kickoff at every 2 hours.

Any light in this please.

Hello Hari,

In Period Values, go to "Other Periods". There you will see the option of entering hours in which you want your PC to trigger. You can schedule your chain as "Daily" , and that will fit your new requirement.

If it really kickoff at every 2 hours, You should see "other Period" where you should also see 2 in hours field.

Pls double check.
