Active sync version check returned negative, but still trying for 12.1 on Android device enrolled in Afaria and using Afaria ISAPI filter

Hi Experts,

I have a problem with Touchdown configuration on Android devices while Enrollment in Afaria. Every other thing is working fine except touchdown configuration.

Touchdown was working perfectly fine few days back but suddenly started showing a popup to "change your password in configuration settings". I tried enrolling the test device again and received the below error:

Has anyone encountered this error before. Appreciate your help and guidance.

    Hi All,

    In ISAPI filter for the first time you face this delayed syncronization. To avoid this i would recommend to user Powershell instead of ISAPI

    Hi All

    I restarted the Afaria system and it passed the mail configuration phase but both iOS and Android are facing delayed mail synchronization(about 10 to 15 minutes).

    Is there any way to redeuce this synchronization time.
