Hi,

I am trying to create a STO to export a material from a plant in Brazil to a plant in USA.

This will be an air shipment.

The message below appears (a yellow warning). What I need to do? What does it means?

Hello Camila,

this warning refers to the Availability Check that the system performs based on the settings at IMG. You can give it a look on what is your settings trying to check (as we cannot see here what does the ZQ means).

Go to IMG> Sales and Distribution > Basic Functions > Availability Check and Transfer of Requirements > Availability Check

Here you'll find 3 options, my guess is that you are using the first one. Check the help document of the Option Carry Out Control For Availability Check or go directly by the T-Code OVZ9 to see the parameters in there.

So, answering your questions:

What do you need to do? Understand the message first (for that use the info I gave you above)

What does it mean? It means someone customized the system to perform some stock check for certain scenarios that now you are using. The system warns you about the availability of those materials. But do not panic, that doesn't mean you cannot continue.
